We do not offer a repair service and cannot provide parts for those wishing to do so.

We are not licensed auctioneers or valuers and cannot value items for insurance purposes or any other. This is a licensed profession and a fee will be charged by the body involved. To find an authorized valuer near you we recommend looking in your local 'Yellow Pages' directory for 'Auctioneers' or 'Valuers'. Most auction houses will offer a valuation service for auction, and for items of jewellery and watches some Retail premises will also offer this service. Some may charge a fixed fee of around £25 and others will charge a percentage of the value given. Valuations cannot be given from photographs as size, condition, patina and age all need to be taken into account. Neither can they be given verbally.

We receive 100+ e-mails a day from all over the world. Many enquiring about specific pieces of stock but many others simply asking for information about pieces the person may own. Please do NOT send images and ask us to identify pieces. Much as we would like to respond to all of these queries there simply are not enough hours in the day for us to offer a comprehensive free research service. As a result of images in excess of 100MB being sent to us and disabling the machines we have now installed new software that will simply eliminate any e-mails with attachments.
